Modern Farmhouse Bathroom
Hello there! I am so happy that we finally got up and running. Be sure to check back once in a while to see what else I’ve been up to! Today, I am sharing one of my bathrooms. Because we rent, it was a bit challenging designing this room. Not to mention it had a modern look and I was going the complete opposite 😉 But I made it work! Creating a visual for this bathroom was not hard at all. I’ve always loved the “farmhouse” look and I knew that was what I wanted for this space 🙂
This ladder was a DIY project the hubby made for me. It’s perfect as it fits into my farmhouse décor and is so functional! I keep extra hand towels in the basket and some facial cleansing pads in the glass jar.
This is my favorite part of the bathroom. For that farmhouse look, I incorporated a wire basket and filled it with toilet paper rolls. To add some color, I added an artificial boxwood bush in a glass milk bottle. Adding plants to your décor will brighten up a space and make it feel complete. My WATER CLOSET sign is a DIY that I did all by myself! I’m so proud 🙂
I have never been a fan of a towel bar above the toilet. I think this is so much better.
I love the look of a claw-foot tub with a caddy on top 🙂 But I dream of a claw-foot tub…this will do for now. The caddy is a DIY the hubby made!
Nothing speaks farmhouse with a towel in a galvanized bucket! The rug is from IKEA, it was very inexpensive and my shower curtain is from Target. Love that store 🙂
AND here is my Farmhouse Bathroom one last time..
Thank you for visiting!
