Thanksgiving Table Setting 2016
Hi everyone 🙂 I’m so excited to share my Thanksgiving table setting as this will be a first look at our dining room! My husband built a farmhouse dining table from here and we just customized ours to be 8 foot long. The plans were easy to follow and the table was not hard to build at all, you would just need a Kreg Jig to get this project done. All sources will be listed down below but I just wanted to show you how you can achieve this simple, yet festive table on a budget! Number one rule: When shopping, visit the clearance aisle! You can find some great things in there 🙂 I found this table runner and lantern on clearance. The lantern top is not attached to the rest of it, but who can see that 😉 and the table runner was too short for most tables so I just tied the ends together. My husband thought the idea was weird but I think it’s cute! I almost forgot, my dishes were on clearance too 🙂 Where are my faithful Target shoppers? Then you’ve probably seen these napkins and napkin rings in their dollar spot! Always check out what’s on sale and try to vision those things in your decor because saving money is always good 😉 Those two little glass jars were on sale for a dollar a piece! These light fixtures were on sale too! My husband made this gorgeous beam to hang them from 🙂 We both worked hard on this room and we are so thrilled with the way it came out!
